Sunday Runday! Sundays are for our longer runs, where we always offer a 5-mile option. Since we are currently running our Spring Race Training Program, we will also offer varying distances according to the race training plan to those who are training for races this coming spring.

WEDNESDAYS

Your place for mid-week fun! Each Wednesday evening, we host an easy-paced, 3-mile run loop that goes to the National Mall or various parts of SW or SE DC. On the first Wednesday of every month, we meet at lululemon F Street. All other Wednesdays we meet at Tap99 in Navy Yard.

All paces always welcome

At EPRC, every person and every pace are not just welcome, they are included and supported. Every run will be guided by at least two EPRC volunteer run guides that lead the route and ensure no one is left behind. We strive to ensure that whatever your background, ability, or experience level, you find a supportive community with us.

No fees, just fun

All of our runs are free to attend! Our goal is to make running accessible and enjoyable for everyone. There is no membership fee. We only ask that you please take a moment to review and sign our Waiver and Code of Conduct.

Come for the run, stay for the community

Time with friends is time well spent, and we make sure to include time together in our post-run recovery! After each run we gather nearby for some friends and refreshments. Stick around after a run and get to know us a little better!
