EPRC hosts three training plans annually:
Spring Race Training Program Starting in December, we train for Spring races leading up to the DC Rock ‘N’ Roll Half Marathon and the CUCB Cherry Blossom 10-Miler. Join us for this training plan to train for your spring race!
First//Fast 5K These are two 8-week training programs leading up to the Pride 5K in June. The First 5K program is the perfect way to build up to your first 5K or encourage a friend or family member who is new to running to get started. The Fast 5K is the program for you if you want to improve your 5K time and set that new PR! No matter your goal, we got you!
Fall Marathon Training Program Our 18-Week training program starts in June and leads up to the annual Marine Corps Marathon. Whether it’s your very first time going for 26.2 or you’re looking to set a new personal best, our training program is here to support you!
